I thought (cause you know me, the christmas junky) we could start this thread and write some our best Christmas stories.
I will start: My favorite is when I was still in High School, on my mom's side of the family there are three families and we were all at our home for Christmas. I have three siblings, and the other families have four kids and three kids, so you can imagine the chaos! Anyway, when opening our gifts Christmas Eve my cousin who is three weeks older than me, and two of my other cousins had decided to get scuba certified. My aunt and uncle bought my cousin a dive watch, now this watch was uniquely packaged and came in a glass jar filled with water. When he opened it there it was...... just the jar with water, I looked at him and he at me and I thought hmmmm what are they trying to say here. All of sudden my aunt looked horrified and my uncle as well. Apparently they had been examining the watch, and forgot to put it back in the jar! What a chuckle we got, when Alan very graciously said, Thanks just what I always wanted a jar with Water." ;D
