Went to Karaoke at the new Ruby's Lounge Thursday night and it was rockin'!
I particularily enjoyed Brooke and Helen. I left around 10:30 so I missed a lot after I left...but I had forgotten it was even on and went spur of the moment. So next week I plan on going there and staying a little longer.
This week I sang "What I Like About You" by The Romantics and Aerosmith's "Dream On" .
It was great to sing again!

karaoke was fun the other night. I'm saving my voice to see what other songs I can do this Thursday!
Colleen was a little rock star for sure. She was singing with her eyes closed and everything!!

Brooke- I often sing with my eyes closed- I always have...strange, huh?
I also cry sometimes when I am singing a very sappy ballad...but I certainly won't be doing THAT at Rubi's Lounge!!! LMAO
Linda- yes we'll be there- I think it will be a regular routine for us!!!

Roller skates eh! Now that sounds like a good idea. I might even then be able to reach the top shelf bottles. You will need to have them made so they can turn on a sixpence [or dime/quarter/loony/tooney] due to the small space at checkpoint. Now that has made me think of another ditty. Look for it later
