hi all just booked my first week at casa marina reef AI have read great reports about it (does anyone know the truth about it) 2nd week in kochs guest house sosua so colleen i hope youre still doing me fave burgers 3rd week in club on the green so probably when i get to checkpoint i will need some of your special ice beers.see you soon love andy

Hi Andy,

I stayed at the casa marina beach last november.
It's next to the reef resort

You can call it two resorts but it isn't.
It's all Casa marina
but Beach was build earlier than reef.
So it's a little newer.
and you can walk threw reef and beach with no restrictions.

Check your room for any problems like a malfunctioning airco or other things and report it. They will fix it for you. if they don't ask again and maybe ask for the manager or something like that.

But no worries almost all the rooms are perfect.
food is perfect
climate is perfect
staff is perfect

it's just great to be there.

I will be at condos dominicano from 2 to 23 of april
maybe we can hook up for some beer

We just got home from the CAsa Marina, we were there for a whole month and loved every minute of it. I would not stay in the 100, 200, 0r 300 part of it. We were orignially booked in the 300 section and it was full of mold. they moved us to 727 and the room was great. When I guestioned why they room shape, I was told that those three buildings were schedluled for revos this summer.
The rest of the resort is wonderful, ground are always cleaned and really very beautiful!
The food is great. We did all the restaurants and found the only one we did not care for was the waterfront-seafood one. It was ok but you have to pay for shrimp, lobster, etc. So we found a great restaruant in town (Sosua) it is called the Mirua Moi. just down the street from the Checkpoint. Good prices and great food
Also the restaurant LaFinca just down the street from the Casa Marina Reef exit about two blocks.
I encourage you to explore Sosua, there are all kinds of neat little bars and restaurants.

Casa Marina is very clean, good food, great drinks and wonderful pools ( there are three). there are two beaches, the main one and one by the cold pools down the stairs.
You will absolutely love it!!!!!
the best part is you are about a five minute walk from the Checkpoint.

So dunno when you are arriving maybe we can meet at checkpoint somewhere like noon or something like that
