my husband and I have been to Sosua four times(stayed at Casa Marina) but spent the last 4 times in Punta Cana and last year in Cuba and am very glad to say we are going back to the north coast next year and staying in Puerto Plata at Iberostar Costa Dorada.we plan on taking lots of trips into Sosua.We will definately be checking out the Checkpoint bar and look forward to meeting lots of new people.By the way my husband and I are from Georgetown PEI

We will be in Puerto Plata Mar 30 for two weeks also my sister and her husband are coming with us for one week.Looking forward to going back as I think Sosua is my favourite place in the DR.

Oh no, That's nearly five months away. A bit too early to be "counting sleeps", 'though the time will surely 'fly by'

Sosua is a wonderful place, and there are a number of new bars, restaurants, and shops opening up around the town, so you will have plenty of places to explore on one of your many tripe here.
