hi there i always stay at perla de sosua it comes highly recommended by me ! ive met brent the owner .....yes an american and his staff is wonderful! he has an on site manager who is from Holland and her name is Coralia and the maid there is carmen very trust worthy maid. the man who takes care of the grounds also wonderful (Hermy) the location is perfect 2 minute walk to eveything!! ive stayed in the 2 bedrooms (recently renovated) and the studio right by the pool also ok for 1 person, need anything else just post it, Brenda

I'v read a lot of things concerning from the best to the worst... Per your experience, can you tell me if the description on their web page www.rentavillas.com/DR12000.htm seems correct.... It looks like it's not really known in Sosua.....Is the size the same as describeb...what about bathroom and shower.... Since I'm rally interested with this place I would appreciate more info.... I'v email Brent to have pictures; hope he will answer.....
Did you book from England before your trip or on arrival..

hi alain, ive stayed in #5 before , its fine for 1 person.you walk in there is a wardrobe for clothing and a dresser, a bed with a wobbly ceiling fan overhead(dont worry) airconditioner, little kitchen with a cooktop and fridge, and off of that a bathroom with shower, oh and a tv. when you walk out of #5 you are just steps away from the pool(small) but im a beach person. anything like cooking utensils or coffee maker if it isnt in there when you get there just ask they are very accomodating. like ive said before the staff (maid) Carmen is very trust worthy, you have to tell her i said hola(brenda) i am actually in contact with Coralia (new onsite manager) all the time and i love Brent to pieces for being so accomodating once i found a cheap flight out of montreal on a fri to leave monday and called him and he whipped up the accomodations pronto. it is right smack dab in Sosua, right behind the banco de popular, 2 minute walk to everything, super market, beach , clubs, banks, internet cafes, everything, hope this all helps Brenda

It's really appreciated....I guess I,m gonna reserve as soon as I will receive the second email concerning way of payments and differents details. I will probably go for the #9. About the localisation, no problems, I'v been in Sosua about 12 times in the '90....
BTW. If you have a few pics of aparment at La Perla, use my email adress on the left side.....I would appreciate..

hi alain glad to hear your booking, be sure to tell Brent ,Brenda says hello.the pics i have are of apts, 2,3,&5 and not too clear dont have any of #9 and have never seen that one. i live in Ottawa but usually fly out of montreal because this city doesnt have a very good airport. so how long will you be staying at Perla................im so jealous right now, i just have no idea when i can get back there, ive already spent 5 weeks this year there, have fun. Unfortunatally, I can't have #9 since it's ever rent... So I'll rent #5 from december 15 until April 15.. I'll probably in Sosua at the beginning of december.; I should know tomorrow for my flight... Tell me, is there wide indows in #5...is it clear... As you can realise, I,m not really fluent in English........
If you wanna send me the pics of #5, I would appreciate. though.....And, come to see us..

hi alain just read your messages i arrive in sosua on 11/9/06 ill give you my opinion of perla de sosua when im in sosua mind you im not fussy i just need a bed fan and shower as im hardly ever in glad to here you are sorted at those prices you will more pesos to spend at checkpoint!(imstaying in#7)

hi #5 is around the back of the building, like i said before the pool deck is your patio.there really isnt windows but the outside door of the room is a iron gate so you can leave the inside door open and just have the gates closed,for natural light and air. Brenda
