OK, I'm starting to plan our Christmas vacation. Want to stay in Sosua, but not fancy on the all-inclusives this time, especially since WestJet has started flying to POP and Punta Cana. We'd like something fairly small, nothing extravagant - a bed, in-room safe, fridge (a kitchenette would be awesome), clean, friendly. A studio or one-bedroom apartment would fit the bill nicely. We want to be able to walk to Sosua to eat, shop, etc. I've seen some for $500/week, for a one-bedroom apartment, but that's too steep. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Koolkat,
Try condos dominicanos. Mark and Colleen has lived there for a couple of years and i stayed there last april for 3 weeks Prices like 500 Dollar a month or something in that direction.

Thanks for the info. so far. I've emailed Condos Dominicano but the address info@condosdominicano.com doesn't work. If anyone has suggestions for specific places to stay in Sosua, you can email me directly - kathyhatesspam@hotmail.com .
If you own an apartment/condo and it's available Friday, Dec. 21, 2007 - Friday, January 4, 2008, please contact me directly. I want to book something definite by the end of July. Gracias!
