Hi everyone
Just curious, does the Reef have a dress code for their a'la carte restaurants. I'm just wondering if my husband needs to pack some pants.

Hi there,
Yeah I was in Casa Marina Beach/Reef in November 2006. I didn't visit the A la carte restaurants but what I heard from other guest is that you have to where long trousers. So I guess you have to pack it.
So when do you arive I will visit sosua next April.

Yes, pants and collared shirts for men. Shorts, tank tops and flip flop sandals are frowned up in general at dinnertime, off and on resort. Dinner is a more formal affair, and the specialty restaurants do try to maintain a dress code. You will notice the people who tend to dress up at dinnertime respect and understand this, even in the buffet restaurants. It's a cultural expectation that many tourists fail to respect.
