hi 4 of us brits who love love love Karaoke can only find one boo hoo rubys lounge on thursdays please tell me there are more ;D we r staying at casa marina reef r the renavatioins finished 29th jan we arrive for 2 weeks

Hi bagpuss- not sure of the renos are done at the Reef yet...but I did talk to Steve at Ruby's who will gladly add a few nights of Karaoke while you are here....and we'll be in like a dirty shirt!!! What say you???

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, I want some Karaoke, too!! Just discovered this fun sport recently, but all the Karaokes around here are Chinese and I don't know the songs. I look forward to singing far away from home where nobody knows me. Hope we get to do some in July.

I'm from Ontario, but currently in BC. My hubby works for the Hyatt in Vancouver, and I'm doing office jobs through a temp agency. My present contract is three months, then I'm off to Paradise! Hubby has become a workaholic and is over-compensating by letting me go off on a week's vacation.

Last place I sang Karaoke was Mike's Sports Bar in Dundas and I'm just jonesing so bad to get out there and warble. Tried a couple Karaokes in Vancouver, but the people were all Asian, and there were a few songs I knew in the book, but when I tried them they had the machine running in the wrong key and it scared me from trying any more.
