Bottled water is available everywhere including your hotel. Food is relatively cheap and it is also good - there are lots of wonderful eateries, none better than a cheap and tasty lunch at Checkpoint! You have have a top of the line burger with all the trimmings for about 120 pesos or less. As for a beer - you can pick up what you need at Playero supermarket at about 50 pesos a bottle. Happy hour at Checkpoint will be a very good bargain for you! Where are you staying? That'll give us a hint as to what it will cost you for transporation, etc.

Thanks for your advise I want to book a condo at condos dominocanos so that's in the center of Sosua.
I was there in november for a week. but then i stayed at casa marina beach. Thinking about renting a car in sosua for a couple of days do you know something about that ?
Hope to hear from you soon

Hi Rembrand, If you haven't booked your condo at Condos Domincano, I would highly recommend you do so as quickly as possible. You may be very disappointed if you don't do it soon - these places have a way of booking up fast! There are car rental agencies in Sosua so you can check those out and talk to Colleen and Mark when you get here about the ones to avoid like the plague. As for beer - I may have quoted it a little on the high side. It really depends on what brand you like because prices do vary. Cheers!
