Hi colleen! We will be staying in Cabarete at the viva wyndham Tangerine...
we would love to come and visit, and was wondering how far Cabarete is from Sosua?

Hey Skittlegurl85- You are not too far from us- about 15 minutes, a 300 Peso (10$) cabfare or a publico/gua gua ride away. The Viva may even have a shuttle to Sosua (pronounced SO-SOO-AH) so you must check.

Thanks Colleen! Well I think we will surely make an impression on you folks if we get our whole group to take a trip down for a visit! It would be a shame to be in the area and not stop by to say hello. We'll have to check in to that shuttle business and see if the Viva offers it. Thanks!

I know that we will be missing these ladies by 3 days. We are also staying at the Viva and also flying out of Winnipeg.
We could be asking the same questions. Could also be a very long winter as today we had snow flurries. Yuck!
