So what are the coolest things to do in the area. I'm sure we'll love lunch and drinks at the Checkpoint, and lounging on the beach is good for a while. What are the other members favoritest things to do in and around Sosua. Aside from jet skiing, parasailing and other over priced tourist nonsence we could do in Kelowna if we wanted to but don't. Any amber finding stories? Any good horror stories? I guess finding out what's not a good idea what to do is just important as finding out the good stuff. All info is greatly appreciated.

Dudes!
So glad to see you are going to use this board- hang in there for more members will surely be joining- I just emailed a bunch of people and we'll sit back and watch it grow!
Go to our homepage and use a few of the links- DRSol and Debbies Forum are also places you can post these questions- you MUST go to both of them!
I find DR1 to be too negative but there are a few useful threads there as well!
Alaso there is no parasailing or jet skiing here anymore, due to their dangerous nature- the reef is too abundent in the bay so it is hazardous.
However there is sooooo much to do here you won't be bored, that's for sure!
