One I was taught in Brazil several years ago and have used on unsuspecting victims on nice sunny afternoons in Uk ( Yes we do get them sometimes !)

Take a good sized Pineapple - cut off the top and remove most of the flesh.
Add 50% Kahlua and 50% Overproof rum (151 works well or if you can't handle that Wray & Nephews at 102% is OK).

Leave covered overnight to mature -

Form a circle of friends and pass round drinking through a straw.

A really interesting experience - !! !!

And don't forget - if you can handle it - don't waste what is left of the flesh -@@@@@@

My favorite is Water melon slush,

Cut the top off a whole watermelon and remove the flesh. Place flesh in blender, till soupy, add a quart lemon vodka, add fresh cherries( remove pitts) and one can of lemon aid. blend then place back in watermelon. Freeze over night. scoop out stuff in glass and top off with 7Up. ummmmm yummy.
