When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like me, who are just not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. 5-7 lb. chicken 1 cup melted butter 1 cup stuffing (Stovetop is good) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (Orville's is good) salt/pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 Brush chicken with butter, salt and pepper. Mix stuffing with popcorn, fill cavity. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for popping sounds. When the chicken's butt blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the kitchen, it is done. This will dispel all the lies that have been told about me not being able to cook.

You will like Cyndy....She is a retired 911 operator who was very close to burnout. She would call when she finished her shift and I could tell how her day went by the tone of her voice. Sometimes I would pour a glass of wine and leave it on the back porch then lock the door so she had to drink the wine and relax a little before I would let her in. But seriously, she has mellowed out a little. You think I am nuts-----I cannot hold a candle----- Any computer news? PM me. Mac

Copper: When using any recipe for the first time, I always go for the best ingrediants I can get- and hey, everyone knows Orville Reddenbacher's pops really BIG! You'd know when it is ready for SURE! Coll
