I know I haven't posted for a bit, but neither has anyone else! Where is everyone, I feel lonely
Not a travel or holiday subject but.........our nephew was the captain on the bronze medal winning Canadian West team in the World Under 17 Hockey tournament last week! Needless to say, we are a pretty proud uncle and aunt. Seeing a family member wearing the famous Canada jersey and representing his country in a world event gives you a few shivers for sure. World Juniors in a few years, here he comes!
Not much else exciting, just waiting for a chinook to blow in. Darnit, it's cold again. Oh well, daydreaming of Sosua warms me up. That's all for now folks. Miss all of you!

Wow congrats!!!! Was that the hockey tourney on TV, if so Uncle Alf watched every game, and I do mean EVERY game. Was good to see Canada top it again.

Wasn't that warm weekend great!!!!! By the sounds of it we are getting another one this Monday!! uyipeeeeeeeeeeeee.

But then back to the deep freeze. ugh. I must say I was thinking about my yard yesterday. I know I know its a little early but got some great ideas from my master gardner buddy in Saskatoon last summer, whose yard i must say was wonderful, (yah I apologize again for the stupid color the same comment) it was gorgeous, well done. And by the by were did you get that mister from. lol no not dave the other mister on the deck.

Oh and by the way MP keep August 16 weekend open as you will be up here celebrating with us our youngest wedding. So mark that in your calendar!!

Wow! I thought that it was just me. I haven't had a chance to post much either with the holidays ans birthsdays and all. I will be glad when we are done with this cold weather, getting ready for another storm tommorow.
I can't wait until May when I am back in Sosua.
