Hi Andy,
Somebody may know different but , depending on how cheap you are looking for, only way is to contact the main charter operators - Thomsonfly, Thomas Cook, Airtours or FirstChoice - from recent experince Charters are not cheap (and hard to get on) at the moment unless you find cancellation. Just had to pay silly money for trip down on scheduled service.
For scheduled flights generally via Miami or New York try www.AA.com - www.Continental.com - www.ebookers.co.uk - www.kayak.com
