I wish I could say this belongs in the hardly wait section, and even though it doesn't I am putting it here as I can hardly wait until 2010 to take the next trip.
Just got home today from Casa Marina after 2 weeks and Coppersun and MizPiggy, Denise etc. would understand, "it sucks to be us."
Lots of turbulence over New York which rattled my nerves a bit. Also leaving DR they weighed our carry ons with our regular luggage which is something new and we also had to take off our shoes going through Customs which we never had to do before
Kriss and Alf, after Phil explained to the representative what happened with your hammock, they allowed us to carry them on as a carry on, and they got here save and sound. Thank you for letting us know what happened as if they had went on with our regular luggage, you never know.
I do not know if you will read this before you come back, as some people are luckier then others and are still in Sousa, enjoy the rest of your vacation and a safe trip home to all of you.
